Returns and Refunds
You can cancel your coffee purchase within 24 hours of placing your order or before the coffee has been shipped, whichever comes first. Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled or re-routed.
Returns and Refund Policy
We work hard to find the best roasters and brands that maintain a high level of quality and consistency. However, if you receive a package that does not meet your standards of quality*, please contact us within 15 days of shipment at [email protected] for a replacement or 100% refund price back to your account.
Please include the following details:
- Your name
- Date of purchase and order id (mentioned on your order confirmation mail)
- Reason for return (we would love to know where we went wrong and how we can improve)
What you need to keep in mind:
- Coffee is a fresh product and slight variations in taste can occur due to roast profiling and storage
- Brewing methods and recipes can make a huge difference to the taste of coffee. Please whatsapp us using this link and we will help you get the most from your coffee.
For returns please note:
- All coffee packets, bottles, etc should be returned back to us in whole.
- All brewing equipment can only be refunded if it is returned back to any of our facilities in new and unused condition
- Any shipping fee needs to be borne by you.
- Restocking fee upto 10% will be charged for any products that are returned even though in perfect condition
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 days of us receiving the products and will reflect in your account based on your banks clearing schedule. Usually 5-7 days.
