The Coffee cherries where handpicked and left for Anaerobic fermentation for 96 Hours and then kept for 20-days shade dried naturally in Salawara Estate.
Salawara Estate is Located in the lush foothills of Indian’s western ghats near the Sakleshpur/ Belur region, It is spread over 145 hectares. The Estate was established by the Brithishers in the late 1880s.The Coffee crop from the salawara estate is successfully inter-cropped with pepper,Areca nut,oranges and silver oak trees which brings in the perfect balance of richness and heritage.
