The chocolate wizards at Ether took our spankin’ new Andromeda blend and made a brilliant bar with it. Made with 74% dark single-origin Madagascar Chocolate, French Gray sel de mer (it means ‘sea salt’) and our coffee, the Andromeda bar is a one-way ticket to stratospheric levels of flavour.
To level up the experience, we added in four 50 g bags of our Andromeda blend for you to brew while you eat that delicious bar. Never one to miss on a killer opportunity, the peeps at Ether also dropped in a recipe for an Andromeda Pound Cake made with the coffee.
