The process used at Kerehaklu Estate for this harvest is a unique “White honey” process

The coffee cherries are fermented for 31 days and dried for 15 days, where they were raked at regular intervals. Shortly after drying, the mucilage is washed away and the coffee bean is dried. The cherries are Very bold, developed and has a high Brix of 24.

White Honey Processed coffees are the closest to washed processed coffees.
