Anaerobic Fermentation
Coffee cherries processed and fermented without oxygen in a tank, and then slow-dried for nutty, sweet flavour notes
Tasting notes: Raisins, Peanuts
Carbonic Maceration
Pulped coffee cherries processed with carbon dioxide to induce bright, winey flavour notes
Tasting notes: Apple, Lemon Vanilla Tart
Orange Fermentation
Pulped coffee fermented with fresh oranges for citrusy and floral flavour notes
Tasting notes: Orange, Floral
