When will my package ship?

All monthly subscriptions ship by the 5th of every month. You will receive an email and SMS with the shipping details.

By when do i need to place my order?

All orders placed by the end of the previous month will be shipped in the next month. For the Blind Date subscription, you need to place your orders by the 25th of the previous month.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your subscription at any time. Please inform us at [email protected] by the 25th with the duration you would like to pause your subscription for.
