Part of Sangameshwar Coffee Estates (SCE), the 250 Hectares of the Karadykan estate is surrounded by three hills and is called “Trishul”. Natural coffees are a speciality of SCE and this one is really special. The lot SC 07 A comes from just 16 Hectares of land where the cherries are hand picked super ripe, are fermented in a very controlled setting and slowly dried to reach the desired point. We are so glad and thankful to the wonderful folks at SCE for sharing this amazing coffee with us!
We have roasted this coffee to a Medium to bring out the strong notes of Chocolate, while retaining the lingering bitter sweet citrus acidity. The coffee is great as a filter, and makes a really delicious espresso!
